Your family updates e-mail sent out too late!
Late tonight, 7 January, I received a family updates e-mail reminding me that my son and daughter-in-law are having their wedding anniversary on the 7th, ie. you sent this out too late to do anything about it! This is because I'm in Australia with time zone UTC+11. Your developers obviously can't get their head around people living in time zones outside the USA.
You need to cater for people in other time zones. The 7th had less than an hour to go when you reminded me of their anniversary on the 7th and helpfully included a link to send them a greeting, which they would receive in the middle of the night the next day! Dumb. Send all of your e-mails earlier.
