I have been trying to send invite emails to one of my cousins repeatedly

The application says that the email has been sent, but it is never received.  We have checked junk folders etc.  I have verified the email address.

What can I do to get them access to my tree?

  Hi, and sorry for the slow reply.  Just to be clear, my account is l_toich@hotmail.com.  I tried starting a second account to see if I could do something that way, but no luck.

  My cousin is Ronald Butkovic.  This is the link to the tree page when I have his profile up:

  I don't know if that's what you need.  If not, let me know and I'll try something else.  When I enter his email address into the form, and press the "send invite" button, the system says that the invite has been sent successfully, but he never receives it, and the address disappears from the form.

  Ok, I found his personal page.  I entered the email address here, and it seems to have stuck.  Maybe this will work.

  Hi Leno, thanks. We weren't able to reproduce your issue with inviting relatives through the tree view. However, it looks like your cousin was able to accept your invitation to join today.

  I cannot add my cousin’s email to invite her to my tree. My cousin’s name is Freda Soares and her email address is fredasoares@rediffmail.com.
  She urgently needs to access the tree. Please help. My name is Jacqueline deSa.

  Hi Jacqueline, your cousin Freda has already claimed her account with that email address. If she no longer remembers her password, she can request a password reset email here: https://www.geni.com/login/reset_password
