Geni Support Team Hi, you are unable to edit the profile because the person claimed it with their email address. If your relative passed away, then please report the account as Deceased by clicking on the Actions button on his profile page and select "Report." In the dropdown, choose "Deceased" and leave a comment. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will unclaim so that you may edit it to reflect their passing.
