Just signed up for 14 day trial. When I input a persons name I am sent to the "My Heritage" website and asked to sign up for yet another trial. Some people I can lookup via Geni, others get me redirected to the My Heritage website. When I tried to submit a ticket asking why this was the way it was, I get a page asking if I want premium service or something. Hope a human is reading this and can help. Not sure if I get a reply to this how I would find it.

Free basic account - with a free basic account, users can add unlimited people to the tree, collaborate with other users, and take advantage of our DNA features.
Geni Pro - those who choose to upgrade to a Geni Pro subscription will have access to additional features on Geni, including Tree Matches (matching profiles on Geni, full access to our search engine, unlimited media storage, relationship path diagrams, and priority support). It is not required to upgrade to use Geni.
MyHeritage data subscription - a MyHeritage data subscription allows you to confirm MyHeritage Record Matches and Smart Matches to Geni profiles. These are provided in partnership with MyHeritage, and therefore, require a separate MyHeritage data subscription.
