This produces two different relationship types that do not reflect any blood relationship. It may be a system limitation where only one family member in the same household is recognized as a direct ancestor, even though both Jacob and his sister Elizabeth are my ancestors. The relationship paths should reflect this consistently. In my tree it happens frequently and leads to ignorance and mistakes between lines by not recognizing !

Currently, your path to Elizaebth van Oeveren shows fifth great aunt. This is because it is the shortest blood relationship between you and Elizabeth. Note that it is still a blood path.
