Why are all of my family members on my tree showing up as private

Geni Support Team Hi Gabriel, profiles appear private if you do not have permission to view them. It sounds like you may have logged into a duplicate account that's not connected to the tree. Please try logging out of Geni and logging back in with an alternate email address. If you cannot recall the email address you used for your account, please email us at subscriptions@geni.com and our customer service team will be able to further assist you.
