"No path found" to profile when all connected profiles have paths

I was editing the "About" box of this profile, and after I had closed the box, I found suddenly that the page was saying "No path found" to this profile, and all of the options for editing it had disappeared; but all of the profiles that are immediately connected to this one—the wife and children of the subject—are in the World Tree and have paths. 

Surely, if a profile is connected to profiles that have paths (are in the World Tree), then it has to have a path! Why is this profile cut off from the World Tree?

  In the time since I posted my message, Itai Meshulam (curator) did something that solved the problem. He wrote: 

  You are now connected to both Jakob Bloch and his wife.
  My idea was to force Geni to recompute the path (and the inclusion in the WFT) by removing the marriage connection, and then reconnect. It shouldn't impose any problem, since both are public. Why you were expecting a problem?
  The wife was connected and in the WFT, so connecting the marriage should connect the husband as well.
