Whenever I try to upgrade to Gini Pro, I get this error message:
Unable to add credit card due to the following error: This transaction has been declined..
My credit card works for all other transactions.

Geni Support Team Hi David, we see that the card was declined by your credit card issuer. You may want to try a different card or contact your credit card issuer to see why they are blocking the credit card authorization. If you need further assistance with your subscription, please email us at subscriptions@geni.com .
