I was looking at the family tree and was informed that my gedcom had found some new matches for me so I clicked on it up at the top of the tree and what does it do it imports my individuals on top of me and my parents even though me and my parents were not the people in the GEDCOM. I was so angry I was just ready to scream. I wanted to just strip me and all of my ancestors out of the Geni tree. So I deleted my account and wanted nothing further to do with the site. I changed my mind and wanted to get my account back because it was a pro account I can't afford to waste the money that I spent on it because I am on a fixed income. How do I get my account back? Or will the money I paid for the pro account be refunded to my card?
