My aunt Erika passed away, but I cannot add her details. I am the manager and am frustrated that I cannot add details.

I checked Actions, but couldn't find a way to update her account.

Geni Support Team Hi Michael, we're sorry to hear about your aunt's passing. The reason you were unable to update her status is because she had previously claimed her account with her email address. We have now unclaimed the account so that you may update it to reflect her passing.
Future reference, when a relative passes away, you can report them as Deceased by clicking on Actions and selecting "Report." See our FAQ: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706547-How-do-I-report-a-profile-as-Deceased
