Error 16 with T Mobile cellular midem

We are about to switch to the Air access point. It works for everything, but Geni. When switching to the wired access point, everything works fine. With the T Mobile modem, we get error 16. Please add the IP address ( that I don’t want to post online but can share) to the white list. Many thanks.
