I signed up for a free trial of Geni premium and it said "It may take a moment for PayPal to finish processing your payment" and that I'll get an email once this has been done. It's been over two hours, and it says that my paypal is linked on the paypal app, but I haven't received an email and still don't have a premium account. What should i do?
