Hi Christine, we mask the email address for your account security. There is no need to keep adding the same email address again. It's already on your account. I know chris_hughes@verizon.net is on my account but I just tried to log in and the incorrect email shows first c**********s@v*********t - please delete this email. I only have one email and it is chris_hughes@verizon.net Thanks
