Cannot edit my father as deceased, cannot report, cannot submit a ticket

I have been managing my fathers profile since 2013.

My father passed away on June 11, 2026. I have been trying to edit his profile to mark him as deceased, with no success, as there is no "date of death" field.

I cannot report him as deceased, as there is no "Actions" dropdown menu.

I cannot submit a ticket, as "this service is not available in your country".

Please help.

  Hi Alexei, we're sorry to hear about your father's passing. We received the Deceased report submitted by Sylvia and unclaimed his account, so you should now be able to edit his profile. 

  For future reference, the "Actions" button can be found on the top right of the profile page.

  Sylvia, thank you so much for your help. It did work, and I am now able to edit my dad's account again.

  Geni Support Team, thank you for unclaiming my father's account and for pointing out to me where the Actions menu is — turns out I was looking for it on the Edit Profile page rather than on the Profile ("cover") page.
