Cannot edit my father as deceased, cannot report, cannot submit a ticket

I have been managing my fathers profile since 2013.

My father passed away on June 11, 2026. I have been trying to edit his profile to mark him as deceased, with no success, as there is no "date of death" field.

I cannot report him as deceased, as there is no "Actions" dropdown menu.

I cannot submit a ticket, as "this service is not available in your country".

Please help.
