Cannot Export Gedcom

Hello,

I am a Geni Pro subscriber and am attempting to export my family tree via GEDCOM.

Regardless of which export option I choose (Blood Relatives, DNA Relatives, Ancestors, Descendants, or Forest), Geni limits the export to a maximum of 112 profiles.

My tree is connected to the World Tree and contains many more than 112 relatives and ancestors. I can view numerous generations of ancestors on Geni, so the export limit appears unexpectedly low.

Could you please clarify:

  1. Why is my GEDCOM export capped at 112 profiles?
  2. How many profiles is my account currently credited with having added?
  3. Are merged profiles, managed profiles, or World Tree profiles excluded from the export calculation?
  4. Is there any way for a Pro subscriber to export a larger portion of their ancestral line for personal backup and import into genealogy software such as webtrees or Gramps?

I am primarily looking to preserve my family's genealogy data and direct ancestral lines in a self-hosted system, and the current 112-profile limit seems inconsistent with the size of my tree.

Thank you for your assistance.
