Why does Geni.com not except people's credit cards for stupid reasons? My friend wants to purchase the Geni pro account and it keeps telling her '''A problem occurred -- ( Too many credit cards) . She said she has never used a credit card on this site . And she can't get any help. Geni.com needs to improve their communications BIGTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell me what to do so I can help her.
