Geni Support Team Hi Joseph, can you please provide specific examples of profiles that you have added that no longer appear?

Joseph Raymond Burke
I use to have over a one hundred people in my tree. -
Geni Support Team Thanks. It appears you had added many duplicates for profiles that already exist on Geni going far back into the deep historical parts of the tree. These include duplicates for Gange-Hrólfr 'Rollo' Ragnvaldsson and John, King of England. Note it is not recommended to do this because it causes a lot of work for others to clean up the duplicates and also risks introducing errors that have since been corrected. Therefore, the profiles have been deleted.
Keep in mind that the goal of Geni is to create a single family tree of the world through collaboration, which we call the World Family Tree. When matching profiles in the tree are found, users can merge them together so that there is only one. Once you are connected to the World Family Tree, you will be able to see how you are related to the historical figures mentioned above and many more.
We see that you have imported a GEDCOM. You may want to go to your GEDCOM dashboard https://www.geni.com/gedcom to review the branches where the import has stopped and resolve the matches. This will bring you one step closer to connecting to over 158 million profiles in the World Family Tree.
You can read more about the World Family Tree here: https://www.geni.com/worldfamilytree/learn-more
