Impossible to add a death date!

Geni Support Team Hi Serge, if you do not see the option to add a date a death on a relative's profile, then it is likely your relative claimed their account with their email address. Please report their profile as Deceased via the Actions button on their profile page. Once we receive the report, our customer service team can assist with unclaiming the account so that you may update it to reflect their passing.
