Help! My family tree is gone from about1600 on back. I have worked so hard on it and poof! I haven"t logged in for awhile (every few months). This is heart breaking!

Geni Support Team Hi Karen, is it possible you may have accidentally created a duplicate account? We see you were able to login to your account today, which is connected to the World Family Tree.

Karen Marie Marchello I just logged in using my outlook email and the correct PW and its the same. I had Russhe family all the way back to the 900s. Gone! I even thought I might have logged in using facebook. Same.
