FTDNA linking bug

Dear Madams / Sirs,

I linked the FTDNA results of two profiles, who are full siblings, to Geni.  The FTDNA cM numbers between them are 2881cM / 198cM (Shared DNA / Longest Block), ie. rather typical full sibling match numbers.

But now, when I click the "Confirm this relationship with DNA" button, Geni says "<profiles> are related closely enough to verify your relationship using Autosomal DNA. The Autosomal DNA of <profile1> does not match the Autosomal DNA of <profile2>."  This is clearly a bug, isn't it?  I'm glad to give more input on the case, but would prefer private messaging for that.

  Hi Pekko, thanks for reporting this issue. We have forwarded it to our engineers to investigate further.

  A fix for this issue has been released. In order to correct the data on Geni, you will need to unlink and re-link the FTDNA account. Here are instructions on how to do that for yourself, or if you've linked a kit to the profile of a relative:
