A few years ago - probably on May 27, 2017 - I accidentally logged into this account with my Facebook account. Since then, I have no access to my account. Instead, GENI opens a "Basia Corelowa" account for me - this is my Facebook nickname, not my own tree. This new account is empty.
I want to recover my primary account.
I also explain that I tried to use the "I forgot my password" option but that to no avail.
Please help me.
