Går ej att uppdatera min brors profil. Den markeras som grå och har inte heller pen symbolen i sin figur. Kan uppdatera alla andra i mitt träd. Hur får man tillbaka rätten att uppdatera detta objektet.

Geni Support Team Hi Anders, if you do not have the option to edit your brother's profile, then it is likely he has claimed his account with his email address. He will need to log in to his account to make the update or he can update his profile privacy settings to let his family edit his profile.

Anders Dafgård Min bror är död och vi kommer inte in på hans profil för att redigera.
Hans dotter Sanna kan ha varit inne och ändrat på vem som får redigera. Hon kommer heller inte in i Geni. Ber er att öppna dessa 2 profiler gärna med mig som huvudredigerare. Alternativt att ni raderar dessa 2 personer så att jag kan lägga in dom på nytt.
