Until the end of my subscription to geni pro about another 8 days. money was withdrawn from my card today. Why? I want to cancel a payment

Geni Support Team Hi Tanya, we see your subscription was set on auto-renew, so our system tried to renew with the credit card on file. We're showing the payment was declined by the credit card issuer. Note that your subscription has been canceled and will not renew on the expiration date.
