These are very much coming for people without (and correctly) a surname. If these would be with same first names and partonyms, I wouldn't be so concernd. It seems any first name will do to make a dublicate
The community is protesting heavily as this is creating many times more problems than it may be aiming to solve. This seems a new low at the moment.
