Geni Support Team Hi William, can you please provide more details about what's not working. What happens when you click on "Actions"? Also, what browser/version are you using?

William Allan Firefox on Apple, i have since found that if i reduce from full it gets it, i was told that it helps stop doubling up on searches?, i would like to ask what is the furthest dates or families going back outside of the Bible, thanks Bill

Jake H Myers Hello Geni Support, I am unable to find a way on your website to contact you about my issue I am having, so I am posting it here. I have a new email address that I need my Geni emails to be sent to, but your settings gs system is malfunctioning. I added the new address several times and your system responds back that my email is changed, YET, It does not change. I cannot delete the old email. I went to your help page and followed your instructions more than once, several times in fact, and it still does not work. I am concerned about this because I need it changed adap. I was just able to get you to fix it back to English after a few years you had it changed to Finnish. Everytime I changed it to English and logged off, your website changed it to Finnish. All this trouble makes it hard to use your site. My old email Is >> jakemyer@gmail.com & My New Email is >> myersancestries@gmail.com Please Fix that for me.
