I sent a request from my new profile to my old profile for a merge, when I look in my new profile, I see it in the "sent by me" list, but when I log into my old profile, I don't see the request anywhere. Instead of waiting for your team to fix this, I'm deleting my new account and just update my old one.

Geni Support Team Hi Wesley, when you request to merge your old profile with your new one, an email notification requesting the merge is sent to the email address on your old profile. You can click on the link in the email to complete the merge.
There are many ways we show there is a pending merge request on a profile. If you log into your old account, you can view your pending requests in your inbox under the "Requests" tab https://www.geni.com/requests . New pending requests will also appear under your notifications on your homepage. In the tree, a + icon at the bottom left corner of the node will indicate there is a pending merge request. Also, your Merge Center has a tab for "Requested Merges" https://www.geni.com/list/requested_merges .
