While there are lot of mentions living individuals are treated as secret outside the family, they are included in MyHeritage search index by default, including all details like birth date and place! I found this when my Geni records were offered to me as matches to my MyHeritage family tree. I've changed my Geni private settings, but my profiles details were already propagated to several MyHeritage family trees I do not control. What has been seen can't be unseen. I would expect only basic details like full name is included in MyHeritage search index for living individuals, nothing more. I expect this is a bug. Something like this (in European context) is clear GDPR violation and could be sued.
