Tree view not working on PC

When trying to view tree I get a blank screen (sometimes I briefly see the tree but only for a few seconds). I am using the Default of HTML but without success.

  I am using Microsoft Edge 100.0.1185.44 64bit
  Laptop is HP Envy x360 15-ee0xx

  Thanks! Do you experience the same issue if you try a different browser or an incognito window?

  I have downloaded Chrome and still get no tree image. Same on my iPhone. I also tried on edge with in private browsing. Same with incognito in Chrome unfortunately. Appreciate your help with this.
