Kim Roering During the last couple of weeks problems with slow and very slow response and even no respons is a daily problem. For one who is a paying user this is especially annoying.

Alta Ginger Beth Bean Talbert Still not responding when click on tree. I copied and pasted link into another browser that I was not logged into geni.com. The tree came up but of course I could not do anything. Once I logged in, the 'circle' / 'wait' for loading happened again. :(

Geni Support Team Hi Alta, are you using the pedigree view of the tree? We are aware of a bug that is preventing some trees from loading in this view depending on the focus person. We should have that fixed shortly.
