When I click on my family tree it will not load. I only get a blank page. This is a new problem as a rule it loads well.
I have noted other people experience the same problem which means the problem is definately your side. It is really frustrating because I am unable to add new family members, please can you help urgently..

Hi Anna, are you using the pedigree view of the tree? We are aware of a bug that is preventing some trees from loading in this view depending on the focus person. We should have that fixed shortly.
If your issue is different, can you please provide the link to the tree that will not load? Also, please let us know what device and browser/version you are using.
