Marked myself as Inactive Manager and can't revert it

Hello!
I've accidently pressed "Inactive Manager" on profiler created by myself. So I was removed as manager from all profiles. Now I try to return me as a manager (via Actions -> Manager Options) and choose option "Yes, I'd like to manage all deceased profiles added by Alexey Pushkin (5 profiles)". This leads to exception and failed html:
When I try another option (No thanks, just let me manage this profile), looks like I become a manager. But after page reload I'm still not a manager.

  Hi Alexey, this should be fixed now. You should now be the manager of the profiles you have added.
