Any time I try to enter a location for a place of birth, place of death or location of marriage, I have to enter the information manually as the suggestion feature is not working. Is this a system error or have you deleted that feature?

RM2 USN, EMT/FF Kenneth Allen Jess It has become an intermittent issue, sometimes it works, most times it doesn't.
I am running Windows 10, version 21H1 and Microsoft Edge as my default browser. My desktop computer is an HP 23-g010 All-in-one PC, using a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and a HP USB Optical Mouse.

RM2 USN, EMT/FF Kenneth Allen Jess Can't give you any specific examples, it does it for any location I try to enter. What it does do is give me examples of the names of people instead of locations. The only location I have found that works is the country location of United States.

RM2 USN, EMT/FF Kenneth Allen Jess When the problem occurs, which is MOST of the time, EVERY location I try to enter shows a similar name of a person and not a location.
I have found that whenever the problem occurs, that if I close the Geni website and then reopen it again after a couple of minutes and I have navigated back to where I was when I closed your website, the locations function will work for awhile, but not long.
Having to enter every location manually is becoming a real pain in the you know where.

Geni Support Team We are unable to recreate your issue. This is why I have asked for a specific example of a location you have entered. You say it is every location. Then please post which ones you have tried.
If you can provide a screenshot of a location you have entered suggesting a person, then that would be very helpful. That is an unusual behavior and one that we would want to fix.

RM2 USN, EMT/FF Kenneth Allen Jess What part of every location do you not understand! Pick a city or town, any city or town. from San Diego CA to Portland ME and any place in between. north and/or south. even Canada!
I will attempt to get you a screenshot, if I'm not too pissed off at the time to remember to get one.
