When I log into my account I no longer have any of my tree and my Facebook profile seems to have been incorporated into my account. I have definitely purchased the pro account as it comes up on my bank statement.

Geni Support Team Hi Marie, it sounds like you accidentally created a duplicate account. Please log out and log back in with the correct email address that you used to sign up for your Pro account.
