Merging profiles does not work as expected

Hello!

I have merged two profiles (for me) while I still see the other one on my real profile. I do not wish to merely hide it but complete the merge. Can you help me out?

  It seems the other profile also has been an active user, so you now may have 2 profiles on Geni.
