It seems to be a nice thought wishing us "Happy 57th Anniversary BUT if you check our sites you will find that my wife passed away 15 April this year, SO this is not a happy anniversary for me or my family.

Job Waterreus It seems you might have multiple accounts, if so please contact Geni about it, see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706267-How-do-I-contact-Geni-about-my-subscription-
May be you did not report all profiles of your wife as deceased, see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706467-How-do-I-report-a-profile-

Geni Support Team Hi Brian, we're sorry to hear about your wife's passing. Our records show she had claimed her account with her email address. It appears that someone had recently logged into her account to add custom fields about her death. Was this you? Since her account was claimed, we have now unclaimed it so that you may update her profile while logged into your own account.
Now that your wife's account is unclaimed, we recommend going back to her profile to properly add her date of death and location of death in their proper fields rather than using the custom labels.
Please note the correct method to report the death of a claimed relative is to report their account as Deceased via the Actions button on their profile (as explained in this FAQ). Once the account is reported as Deceased, all anniversary and birthday reminders are stopped. After our customer service team reviews the report, they can assist with unclaiming the account so that you and your relatives may update the profile to reflect their passing.
