Good evening,
Last year I spend the entire summer working on the family trees of both me and my partner. I came back to Geni after a few months of absence with new information to add to my tree. However, the "edit" and "add" buttons for relationships are suddenly disabled (Greyed out).
I did not receive any notification about changes to my account. Is this a bug or did my account lose some form of rights?

Job Waterreus Can you give a link to a problem profile?
-
Maria B. I can't edit any profiles, but here is an example profile: https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000179005030838

Job Waterreus Those are private profiles. Could it be you have multiple accounts?
If so, please see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706267-How-do-I-contact-Geni-about-my-subscription-

Maria B. No, I have just one account. With this account I added several thousand people into my tree and some of them I merged into the tree from existing profiles.
I would understand if I could not edit some profiles which were merged due to rights, but I asked to be added as a moderator to a lot of profiles and was able to edit their information as well last year.
Now I can't even edit my partner's profile who I definitely added myself. (https://www.geni.com/people/Wesley-Smits/6000000179015507822) -
Job Waterreus I'm afraid I can't help you. I hope Geni staff will react to your problem.
