Hi, I don't know if I picked the right topic. I am new here. I tried to upload my Gedcom but it stopped me at my Grandfather saying I needed to resolve a tree match but I cant see who that is unless I join. I haven't used this site enough to know whether I want to join or not and so I thought I would try the 14 day free trial but as I don't shop online much and I'm pretty exhausted, I apparently didn't do it right, had to enter it in too many times and now I have the two many credit cards error. Its a frustrating way to start using a site. I would like to finish uploading my Gedcom.

Geni Support Team Hi, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We have reset the credit card counter on your account.
As for your GEDCOM import, we see that it was uploaded but no branches have been imported yet. Since you have already started manually adding relatives to the tree, you may start the import from one of the profiles that do not have parents added to it yet, such as your maternal grandmother or second great grandfather, to start importing new branches.
You can do this by going to the person's profile page, click the Actions button at the top right, and select Import GEDCOM. Since you have already uploaded the GEDCOM file, you can select it from the drop down in Step 2. Next, you will be asked to select the individual in the GEDCOM that matches the name of the person in Step 1. Once that is done, you can begin importing that branch of the tree.
