Cannot delete entries. Creates duplicates but one cannot delete a duplicate ? Cannot delete branches.

  You should be able to delete a duplicate if it is in your family group or you have permission to do so on public profiles.  Often what we do is merge duplicates, so that both managers retain all permissions.  Otherwise, the manager will get a notification that you deleted their profile and they can just restore it.  Certainly the goal is one profile per person, so if there are duplicates, the best thing to do is merge the two profiles into one.
