Editing a Profile

I am unable to edit a profile for my mother.  I manage this tree.  Can you help?

  Kristin,

  Your mother's profile is a living person's claimed profile.

  If you need to report a claimed profile as deceased you can view the profile and click on "Actions" and then "Report" and Customer Service will assist.
