Since 2 days ago, when I view my tree I get a message saying I am using a device that does not have Flash player, and redirects me to the HTML5 version.
I do have flash player. I am using most recent version of Google Chrome (automatic updates) and most recent version of Flash (automatic updates) on most recent version of Windows 10 (automatic updates). Flash is allowed for Geni.com. This now happens on all browsers - Firefox, IE, Edge, Safari.
The HTML5 version is definitely not user friendly - I can't even move around on the page, so I'm stuck looking at my own profile and can't go anywhere.
What's the fix? I have flash, everything up to date, cookies cleared, computer restarted, yadda yadda. I was getting ready to purchase the pro version and that same day the tree started doing this, and I can't justify in my head paying for an upgrade if I can't even navigate the tree.
