Geni Matches - Unable to reject or accept

I routinely receive Smart Matches and Record matches (which apparently originate from the My Heritage site. Almost without fail, I am able to review the match and either accept or reject them....except in 3 cases involving just 2 individuals. These matches have remained as potential matches for over a year and I would like to get rid of them, but I don't have the option to do anything upon reviewing them. Please help me resolve this. It appears there is a bug affecting these particular records as I have had no problems with any other matches before or since this occurrence.

  I have the same problem for a lot of matches. Sometimes there is just not the possibility to approve or reject.

  I have the same issue as Kammergaard.  Often there is an accept or reject option for suggested matches,  but often there is not.  I can see the referenced item, but I am unable to accept or reject.  Even within my close family.  How do we get past this?

  Steve that link gives different result for each user., so please post specific links.

  Smart Matches finds matches for your family tree in MyHeritage family trees, so you need to be a paid MH user or a non paying guest user on a paid MH site to be able to confirm or reject these kind of matches.

  Please also keep in mind that most MH trees do not give any source information, so please check sources before confirming a match.

  Thanks. I am a paid/pro.member. It lets me accept and reject many record matches, but certainly not all.

  Hi Anna, can you please post the link to a specific example? You should be able to accept/reject Record Matches and Smart Matches on profiles you manage.

  That must be the issue. I do not manage those profiles.
