Geni Matches - Unable to reject or accept

I routinely receive Smart Matches and Record matches (which apparently originate from the My Heritage site. Almost without fail, I am able to review the match and either accept or reject them....except in 3 cases involving just 2 individuals. These matches have remained as potential matches for over a year and I would like to get rid of them, but I don't have the option to do anything upon reviewing them. Please help me resolve this. It appears there is a bug affecting these particular records as I have had no problems with any other matches before or since this occurrence.
