I found my private profile picture from Google, even it shouldn't be possible. I have removed the picture but it is stille active in GOOGLE. When I tried to remove it from GOogle, they say the picture is still active in GENI.
I truly think this kind of action is not legal. How can you let pictures to go to GOOGLE whitout a permission? These are private pictures. Now anyone can see my private family picture in google.
Please remove it immediately!

The permissions is something you controls yourself.
Go to your account settings, which you find, as with most websites with a login, by clicking on your own name at the top of a Geni window, for example un-check "Let the public search for me" and if Profile Photo should be public or not.

As before- profile privacy says profile picture is private.. I have removed the picture and as I said earlier google says my picture is still active in GENI. I can¨'t remove it before it is removed from geni. Also I hawe not allewed this:Let the public search for me (profile privacy settings apply) .

You removed your picture just 4 hours ago, and whatever other changes you did then takes some time before Google have removed it from their storage. In any case that is a case between you and Google, but there is some link somewhere on Google where you can speed up removal of indexed data.
BTW. I am pretty sure that your initial setting was public photo and Let the public search for me was enabled, because that is the default values.
