Hi Jim, I don't see any errors for you in our logs. As a Pro user, you are entitled to premium support. If this problem is still happening, use the "Submit a ticket" link above ( https://www.geni.com/help/newticket ) to send us the details of whom you're trying to contact, and what error message you see.
I get the same. Tried loads of times but just continually get error messages. Unless you pay and become a Pro user you can't 'Submit a ticket'. I think you are restricted from contacting anyone unless you are a Pro user.

Geni does not require a Pro subscription in order to contact other users. What error message are you seeing when you try to contact a DNA match?
