Family Tree DNA link does NOT WORK

DO NOT WORK

and Geni is making no perceptible efforts to fix this.

This article https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229707767 tells us there are two possible reasons: "Your Family Tree DNA kit has not yet been processed" or "Your Family Tree DNA kit is a transfer from a National Geographic Genographic Project test." Neither of these is the case for me. I have repeatedly tried to do this, successfully connecting to FTDNA only to be told, for hours, that the results haven't transferred yet; then eventually that message goes away, leaving only the fact I'm connected to FTDNA but showing no DNA results.

And of course since I haven't shoveled money at Geni, I can't open a ticket, all I can do is ask the users. Who haven't been helped either.

What a joke.
