Tree view malfunctioning - cannot edit or add siblings

A similar thing happened to me last week.

Tree view opens okay, but nothing happens when I click on the arrows or Add Person box.

In addition, clicking on Edit on an existing profile takes you to try to add a photo, or just doesn't respond at all.
