Nothing has changed in my email account and yet I no longer receive family birthday and anniversary notifications and there's no way to physically contact Geni for customer service help! Very frustrating!

Jeff, Geni Curator I'd double check your email and settings. If all looks good, then double check it's not getting sent to junk mail or that your provider is not blocking it. Might make sense to set up a free gmail account or something. Geni is not experiencing any problems sending email to users, so if you're not getting notifications it's either a setting or something after Geni sends it.

Also, a pro membership does come with professional Geni support. So there is a way to contact them for help if you decide it's important enough.
