I stopped receiving e mail from Geni of any kind. I am using Outlook.
There was a problem with Outlook shortcut I was using and I created a new one.
I tried to reset a password, the site said that the password was sent, but never showed up in my inbox. I tried to connect through Facebook, forgetting that
it used a different email address. It set up a new account. I tried to access the original account,it stating that it belonged to another user and that an email requesting a merge was sent to the account holder (me).
This is the account that I stopped receiving email from Geni in the first place,
so the message didn't. show up.
My request for help was answered with a form letter as I don't have the paid subscription.
Any Ideas?
