Since I joined Geni has duplicated me dozens of times and my family members it is impossible to keep up with real profile or duplicate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SITE

  Your tree just needs to be merged.

  Ok, not what I thought.  It needs to be merged, but I'm not sure why you were creating multiple copies.  Did you create it once and it created multiple copies or were you creating one and not seeing it created and tried to create it again and again?  I'm merging them together now.

  Jeff,

  The same thing happened to myself and my family members. Once we signed up the site sent us multiple emails and duplicated our profiles many many times. I tried differentiating mine from the others by adding details but when I signed back in under my email address it said I was my son Michael Isaac Weaver. He is 11 months old and does not have his own account so at that point I realized it was a flaw in the site programming. Any help would be appreciated. Was trying to find a site for my family to share heritage with each other and hoping Geni was going to be it. Not giving up yet!

  Yeah, that was odd.  I've been on Geni since 2008 and I think that's the first time I've seen that.
