Problem with Y-DNA matches

I uploaded my DNA results from FTDNA to Geni four months ago. Immediately I got hundreds of autosomal and mtDNA matches but only 8 Y-DNA matches, all of them have their profiles <HIDDEN>. During these four months the autosomal and mtDNA matches have been updated regularly whereas the number of Y-DNA matches is still 8.

I have done Y67 and BigY test and have hundreds of Y-DNA matches in FTDNA. A few of them must have an account in Geni and have also uploaded their results here. To test this I contacted one of my closest Y67 and BigY matches and asked him to reload his results. After reload we still cannot see each other among our Y-DNA matches in Geni. What might be the problem? Can somebody explain?

  HOW DE WE UPLOAD YDNA FROM FTDNA RESULTS ? I CANNOT FIND ANY  HELP FOR THIS?

  You does not need to upload it to Geni, with FTDNA you can connect and distribute a FTDNA test directly to the matching Geni profile the kit number is for. 
  
  Since you are a woman I assume the YDNA test is not for yourself, so you need to go to the Geni profile the test is for and in the DNA tab of the profile you will find a link where you can connect the FTDNA kit number to that profile. If you manage multiple kit number make sure you log in to the correct kit number, but it easy to just disconnect it again there if something goes wrong.
  
  Alternatively you can log in on the specific kit number on FTDNA and go to the partner applications lik at the bottom, and make the connection to the specific Geni profile there: https://www.familytreedna.com/my/partner-applications.
  
  If you later on upgrade you FTDNA test you must unlink and relink the test to ensure that the Geni profiles is updated with the new data.

  I have 37 Y matches but when I select the option to view them, there are none showing.  Is there a setting? I'd appreciate help.

  As part of the FTDNA deal tests uploaded to Ysearch and Mitosearch got transferred to Geni before FTDNA closed down those sites. Many of these was without any trees and has lately been removed because they gave meaningless one-profile matches since the Ysearch users was of privacy reasons just named HIDDEN.
  
  It does however look that these Y matches was not removed when the HIDDEN profils was removed. I have reported the problem for some weeks ago and is promised that they will look into it when some higher priority tasks is done.

  Geni does not seem to responsive. I would not encourage anyone to pursue any paid services from them.

  Well I have, after years of waiting, an apparent  Y chromosome DNA match on Geni.  It is listed under "Hidden Vitt".  We appear to match at 42 markers according to Geni. I tested with FamilytreeDNA but have no way to know where this person tested. My grandfather was named Vitt and was born illegitimately, His name was from his mother not his father so am wondering if both parents were named Vitt but of course we dont know the fathers name. I cannot see any contact information for this guy apparently linked to a Vitt.  I never had a match on Familytreedna where I tested.

  My question is this. First is this "Hidden Vitt' bogus? Instead of transfer from another testing site, could their Y DNA markers somehow be copied from mine as they assumed I was some sort of relative and claimed my DNA as theirs?  That would account for the match. How does do these Y DNA matches work? Are they all a transfer from another site?  If so this person must have tested somewhere other than Familytreedna. 

  Many, many questions but no answer and I cannot seem to get Geni to contact me.
